People on here have given you the username ( elmoag ) of a forum user who works for ag and suggested you drop him a pm and explain how dissatisfied you are with what happened.
He’s really helpful and will get you feedback.

as I posted in #31 elmoag has been in touch to ask me about it.

I am waiting for the manager of the store to contact me.
Cant really see what that will do as the situation has passed.

Thought that was someone from the store, you just said an ag rep.
As I said, I understand your stance, but if it prevents it happening to someone else you’ve done the decent thing.

Thanks but can’t see it making any difference as others have said it’s happened before to others on the online website.
