If it is what I would have or admire?

If I could have any it would be
Aston Martin DB9
McClaren Mercedes
Aston Martin vantage
Koena zig (imerthing)
Ferrari 308gtb

Don't need to explain why. If i'm going to kill myself driving at high speed, it may as well be in a dream car.

Have a CLK but still dreaming

TVR Sagaris - balls to the wall, no gizmos, no traction control, no ABS etc. Will take out most cars twice the price.

Fully tricked up Hummer, military spec, inc 50 cal on top. Only to be used for the school run of course! That'll teach the 4x4 mums!

308 GTB. Probably for the same reasons as Vig. Young lad watching Magnum.

Aston DB9. Just because the Mrs wants one, but I could also use it.

Ford RS200, group B homologised (sp) racer.

One of those stupidly large american RVs. With own garage for a little car (Lotus Exige).

I think that I slipped 6 in there! Oops!

Use the front seat!

I had the chance of a 308 a few years ago but the cream leather interior put me off. I was very close to buying it though, just so I could say "i've had one of those Magnum ferrari's".

Mid life crisis in overdrive I think but I would so like an Aston.

My local Merc dealer had the pace car from the GB grand prix. I was tempted to have a test drive but I had the feeling that I was just fooling myself into thinking it was a possibility so i declined his offer. Idiot!!!!!

54 Sunbeam Alpine 2.25 litre - found one once, red, rally equipped, fabulous condition. I was 17, no licence, could just about afford her or the tax or the insurance - bummer! (funny, years later met the daughter of one of the drivers who competed in them in the Monte)

Shelby GT500 Mustang - drove one once - awesome!

Jensen CV8 - from the front it could be ugly but in the right paint
NNP2.jpg

VW camper van - I'd still like one of these but it has to have the early split screen; re-engined, new brakes, lowered suspension - the ideal golf tour bus!

aston martin DBS - this one

When it comes to cars, I am just a big kid, love rallying and would love something higher ranging but it'll never happen but a bloke can dream.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI RS Edition, not the most powerful Evo ever but one of the lightest and my god do they shift.

Lamborghini Gallardo, just because.

Seat Cordoba Evo 2 WRC, since owning the road going 2.0 16v I followed SEAT in the rallying and saw one two years in a row at Lurgan Park, those things can shift too.

And a pic I took of the one I watched at Lurgan Park.

Rubbish with technology so no pics but here goes with my list,

Aston Martin DB5,coolest Bond car ever.

Audi Quattro Sport group B car (SWB),was pals with Dai Llewellin back in the day and got to see these close up. Got no words to describe how apocalyptic these were on a forest stage!

Aston DB9,simply the best looking car in the world.

Lotus Cortina, you could be Jim Clark every day.

Overfinch Range Rover,Pi** on a Porsche from the lights from the reading room af a stately home!

My sneaky sixth, stick the supercharger back on my Carlsson CLK430,would be dead in a week but would go laughing.

The pullman is a beast. It is massive, and everything in it is hydraulic, from the doors, windows, boot lid, seat adjustments, the lot. A masterpiece of engineering (til you get an oil leak).
