Norman Collier has died aged 87.

He never did get that microphone fixed Very funny, used to laugh out loud as a kid when he was on the TV.

Worked with him at a Surrey Advertiser event in 1983 when I first started a journalist. Really nice guy who went out of his way to just be friendly and helpful to people behind the scenes.
