Nice courses near Peterborough

I’m taking a 2 week holiday in a week or so.

We’re going in the car@van and staying at Ferry Meadows at Peterborough. I’m going to play Orion Meadows and Thorpe Wood just because they’re so close. Any other nice courses nearby. Not top end or pretentious , just nice sensible courses which won’t break the bank and I’ll enjoy. I’ll probably be playing alone and a couple of rounds will almost certainly be twilight.

Nice courses that won't break the bank and that are not too far away/easy to get to would be Elton Furze, Stoke Rochford, Burghley Park, Brampton Park, St Neots, Rutland Water, Luffenham Heath.
