Next Year's Major Winners Prediction

Who would people like to see win a major rather than who do they think will win them?

I imagine youd be hard pressed to find anyone who wouldnt want Westie to win one. Personally, I think Jimenez would be a great champion, comes across as a character.

And any Brit to win at Augusta would be class

As much as i would like to see McIlroy and Westwood win a major, i think both suffer from a suspect short game. I expect the biggest challenge to come from Kaymer and McDowell.

I would love Jiminez to win a major as he just seems an all round good bloke and entertainer. Paul Casey, but he does seem a bottler. Westwood deserves one but sadly may end up being like Monty only nicer.

Westwood will never win a US Open. His chipping is not good enough for the heavy rough when he misses the greens. He'll contend because he's a damn fine player but wont win IMO

from my recollection he has also been let down on the last round of recent majors by the part of his game that is usually regarded as his best, his driving.
As with his short game he is not great at manufacturing escape shots like some other players are when he misses the fairway.
Saying that I would still like to see him win one.

Young McIlroy needs to take a deep breath before he takes a putt just to gather himself, also after he has played a bad one as this weeks Nevada Challenge has shown.

Dont know which ones but I think Woods for two of them and Westwood and McIlroy will share the other two.
And yes I will have the bookies ticket to back it up (mind only 2 bob each way )

I'd love to see Bubba Watson win one. Westwood and Poulter, although I think Westwood is destined to remain the 'nearly' man. Poulter is a possibility.
