New website

I just logged onto the RA website to check for my tee times next weekend and its gone and had a complete makeover. Following on from Jezz's great article last month, what do forum members think in terms of looks, information and accessibility?

That's a half-decent site there Homer me old mucker!!

I was looking at the pictures of the course and thinking no matter how good the pictures are they just don't do justice to some of the holes - the 6th in particular.

I think thats true of a lot of websites. Pictures of the holes give a taste but never really tell the whole story and it isn't until you play a course do you get a feel for the contours and landscape. I have to say it wasa surprise to see the revamp as I hadn't heard anything about it, even today when the having breakfast with the captain

Tylney's is not to bad, though I would like them to get Booking for Comps online and it would be nice if they could get the results up on the site quicker than they do, still waiting for the 36 hole Founders Open from last weekend, bit slow for my liking

Having just seen this and your 'You must' thread, I assume you are not a rocket scientist....

PS - Have a real good look at the OP - there's a dead give away somewhere in there....

I see your point - I'm getting the same error message. Well the site looked good while it was active

Pretty cool - always a good sign when a club bothers to update a site that's more than adequate. some decent clubs are let down by clunky sites.
RA looking good - aspecially like the pictures of the course - ah, memories!
