Played with nothing stronger than a 17* hybrid. This game is deffo at least 80% in the head!

The data they used was from clubs medals/stableford comps entered into the various club systems

The data was not just from the UK but corresponded with similar stats from the US.

CONGU is the only major handicapping system in the world that was not already on 90% or 100%.
CONGU originally compared 7/8th and 9/10th. The latter was closer to even but 100% was too far.

But no data was taken for any 4BBB comps despite the desicion being about 4BBB comps
