Nasty burn!!

Puts a whole new slant on burning the course up!


Glad you're ok, we've all done something similar or close. Boys and fire, it's in your genes.......
 
Not here with fire and an accelerant. But as a kid, I once found a live .22 cartridge by a shooting gallery on a Blackpool pier, took it home and thought it would be a good idea to shove it bullet first into a hole in a brick wall and hit with a hammer!

It went bang.
 
Turns out it was not red diesel but unleaded with 2 stroke oil.

Ye ill be at H4H but maybe you should give me a few more stokes!!!!
 
That explains the big boom then. Unleaded has a really low flash point and that heat haze you see coming off it, that's it vaporizing, the slightest spark will set it away. I dare say when you poured it onto the fire, the liquid won't have even reached the flame before you saw flame.

Why do I feel the need to go burn the off cuts off wood I have in the garage from the skirting I've been fitting this week :) Hmmm toast cooked over an open fire canna beat it.

Seeing as you screwed about with 2 stroke oil , we could fine you 2 strokes for trying to adjust your handicap via sympathy

Good job is wasnt 4 stroke :thup:

Buddy, The amount of work I have put into my swing in the last 2/3 years its clear nothing is going to help, not even setting myself on fire!!

Kidding of course, I will be fine and am really looking forward to winning at Blackmoor! Your going right?
