As promised here is the video I did at the range today, should look a bit better, except for the poor posture.
Angle 1
Angle 2
I now realise my previous video doesn't represent my normal swing, this is much more like it except for feeling a bit stiff with the wind and rain blowing sideways into my face.

I think you have a good swing, nice tempo, sounds like solid contact.I would say that if you start to have a bad patch its probably down to lifting your head to see where the balls gone as it seems thats what you want to do.Im going to put mine on soon so you can get your own back.Im always looking where the balls gone.

Lots of good things about your swing but I feel that your grip is going to cause you major problems and should be the first thing you look at... significantly your right thumb position.

Just my opinion of course.

You need to bend your knees a little more, to move your weight more onto the balls of your feet. The ball looks to far back in stance and you should turn your feet out a little to help clear your left side on follow through.

I don't quite understand the follow through, your hands finish low and the clubhead finishes high. What is your normal shape of shot and what is your bad shot?

Turn your left foot out more,so you are not pigeon toed!
That would feel very un-natural to me, I was born with club feet (pardon the pun), my feet were so in-turned they were just about backwards and I went through numerous operations as a baby, im lucky I can walk let alone play golf at all. It wouldn't help my balance to turn my foot out as I have very little movement in my ankle joints and they are kind of set in an inward position.

Look at the position your left foot finishes in.Could you not set up more like that, and then you would stop sliding ?

Only a thought, although spikes may help.

That twist of the feet is down to not having spikes on I think, so when my waist turns so my belt buckle faces forward the movement takes my feet with it. I don't think this happens on grass but it's something i'll consider next time I play.
When I played last week I did turn my left foot out a bit more (as much as felt comfortable) and felt I had a bit more of a sturdy base and therefore better balance.
Thanks for the sound advice as usual everyone.
