My EG App - rejected score

My PP submitted an incorrect score yesterday, (entered 6 instead of 7 on a hole), I rejected it and expected him to be blue to immediately re-submit but that wasn’t the case, does anyone know what happens? It would have been a counting round for him, will EG review and then add to his record?

Suggest the person gets in touch with their hcp sec.
They should be able to add the score.
