Played both Muirfield and North Berwick earlier this month.
Really different types of links courses - enjoyed them both hugely and would play them both again no problem.
Both challenging in different ways.
Blind shots at Berwick, loads of trouble and huge greens (well they seemed so) at Muirfield.
Interesting debate though.
I guess (perceived) value for money comes into it to.
Turnberry still my favourite.
