More dither and delay !!??

No euros for you, huh. Sucks for Northern Island, I suppose. I had just figured out that you don't have shillings any more when I was there.

When we were leaving London, I still had mayby ninety or one hundred pounds (I had thought that was a measure of weight) of paper currency in my wallet. I was going to exchange it but my daughter said, "You're going to stand in the queue (she actually said "queue" and not "line") for just that?" and then she took the notes from my hand and put them in her purse. I said, "Can I at least have a fiver in case your mother wants a cup of coffee at the airport?"

He's not alone in that line of thinking - an FT (I think) survey of economists suggests that Johnson will seek one if agreement of a Deal does not look possible in the current timescales.

And so on the Subject of the Post - as only the Tory Government can change the transition period - the only Dither and Delay that will happen will be that brought about by Johnson and the Tory Government. I expect criticism from the usual suspects were that to happen. But I will not be holding my breath waiting for that criticism as someone else to blame is sought.

We got into the almighty mess with Brexit by the cowed lasse fair negotiating stance of May and the succor given to the European Union by the Parliamentry Remainers. Time to do some negotiating from a position of strength.

I think the more important question is, Why is he still in a job?

had to chuckle when I heard the Labour Shadow Brexit guy is the front runner for his party’s leadership.. hope he puts Labours policies across better than he/ they did there Brexit policy.

If he won the Leadership Contest he would probably want a conformatory referendum on it.

Suggest you stifle that chuckle as he has yet to declare an interest in standing as leader of the party...
