Whats the procedure if landing on or near an old mole hill? ie one that has been flattened by green staff and the spoil has been raked flat? We have the odd one on the fairway. Also is there a difference if the mole hills in the rough ?

There is quite a bit of discussion of mole hills in the "Rabbit scrappings relief" thread from around mid June. Currently sitting near the top of page 2 of 141. You might want to have a look at that before folks go over the issues again.

If you have time could you also please go back and have a look at the "Provisional or not a provisional?" thrread from a few days ago? You will see that there was a question hanging before we could definitively come up with the solution to your query.
