Went into local ag today, no mizuno wedges and the rest of the mizuno range was almost empty....

Well today was the day I was meant to have mine delivered to the store, I rang AG at midday and was told they still didn't have them but they could be here at 4pm. I just wish that Mizuno could actually tell me if they have sent them or not but they wont tell me anything so I just have to trust AG..

I find that completely outrageous that they won't tell you when they will arrive, like what are they hiding. Really does not make sense, the only reason I can see of them not telling is that they do not know when. If they are to arrive today why wouldn't they just say that?!

Been on there too and get the same response – there are posts on there relating to ordering via AG and getting long waiting times.

Mizunos response on facebook when they were raving about ball speeds and i put if only American Golf could deliver at such speed as i have been waiting for over two weeks was "We did recently run out of the hot metals. Shipping again by 10th April".

Mizuno can’t comment as I don’t have an account with them but they have said they can let AG know if they ring. The trouble is AG told me they were being built last Thursday, then it was the following Monday so the story keeps changing. There is still a possibility they will arrive today in the next hour but as I’ve said before, I’m not holding my breath.

They came through! Got a call at just before 5pm to say they had arrived, went and collected them and hit 50 balls on the range and they are just as good as when i hit them before at the fitting.
They feel incredible, i could have stayed at the range all night hitting them but had to head home. Cant wait for my first round on friday.

Rang up this morning- after a good bit of searching they managed to find them in the store. They said they must have arrived late last night, but not so sure. Anyway they have arrived and picking up this afternoon!

Did you go for the hot metal? I was told there was a long delay as they had sold out of heads.
I’m sure they will be worth waiting for. I played my 1[SUP]st[/SUP] 18 holes with my JPX 900 forged the other day and got my best ever score, 5 under handicap. Can’t wait to get in some comps over the next few weeks.

Yes the hot metals. Probably should have gone with the forged being off 9 with plans to get down this year but after having ruined my game with the MP25's I just want to feel confident with an iron in my hand again. I did spend two hours on the range with the hot metal, the forged and also the callaway apex's before I made my decision though.

Interesting comments on here. I ordered some JPX 900 forged irons from AG on the 29th March.
I was told Mizuno were not sending or receiving any items/orders that week as they were on stock take so would need to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Had an update yesterday from AG to say Mizuno were waiting on a component shortage, which should arrive on Monday (10th April) and clubs will be built then. All sounds a little fishy based on what others have commented on here.

Received my JPX 900 Forged on the 29[SUP]th[/SUP] March, there was definitely something up between AG and Mizuno though, maybe an unpaid account or something, I don’t know.
If you ring mizuno directly on 01189 362 100 and tell them the head, shaft and grip you picked they will tell you if all the components are in stock. I do remember reading somewhere about them having a stock take recently though so that may well be true.

The 17[SUP]th[/SUP] so it wasn’t too bad. But there were lots of people moaning online about long waiting times because of AG, some of which ordered 2 weeks before me and got theirs the same time I did.
