Mizuno irons from American Golf

Has anyone recently ordered any Mizuno irons from AG?

I placed an order for some JPX 900 forged but they cant give me any idea on lead time as mizuno are aparantly busy... ive seen a post from yesterday on the mizuno forum saying they ordered the same clubs via AG and its been 2 weeks and still nothing.

Anyone on here ordered anything recently?

Not recently but when I ordered this time last year it took 6 working days. I'd take to social media and diplomatically ask them what the delay is.

I ordered a set of 900 forged from AG last month and from order to delivery was 5 days

I have already asked on FB and twitter what their lead times are but had no response.

Yes it says deposit as I am trading my irons in. I have kept my irons until the new ones show but paid the balance.

Why do you mention that?

Just ring them? They are friendly enough when I rang re the serial number of some irons I was looking to buy second hand and let me know which day they came out of the factory in Cumbernauld

I got my AG store to ring them yesterday and they said we cant tell you, you need to ring AG head office. Sounds like the whole AG and Titleist situation all over again...

My MP4s took a while to come through, that was DG though not AG, because there's been a rush on them having only just been released, and of course the damned things arrived while I was in Portugal on a golf holiday!

I just rang Mizuno who said they have everything in stock and could ship within 5-7 days. all sounds a bit fishy..

Its been a good while since I bought my Mizunos' but when I did I had them within 10days, they were purchased from an authorized Mizuno reseller.

Youd think.. they are being just as secretive about the whole situation too, blaming mizuno saying there is a huge back log..

Hmm, sounds highly dodgy, possible cancellation on the cards methinks.

I ordered a set of JPX 900's last Monday from AG and still waiting on them. They did say 7-10 days though.

My MP25'S I ordered on the Monday last July and they were in on the Friday which was great service.

Did Mizuno check your order? Surely they have some information about it.

I left a driver in with AG once to be sent off and fixed by Ping, AG told me it would be over a month as Ping had none in stock. I contacted Ping directly and they could find all my details and arranged one to be sent that day, albeit they sent me a new model. Surely Mizuno will have the details of your order and could have told you the progress?

Just checked my order email and it says should be ready in up to 15 working days. I just want to know when they will be in and certainly not moaning after just 9 days.

The store I placed my order with have just admitted there were issues between themselves and Mizuno which now are apparently resolved. They apparently are shipping 90 orders this week and a further 90 next week which will clear all the current AG orders so I’m told. This hasn’t been confirmed by Mizuno though, so not sure I believe it yet.
