Mixed Tee Calculator

I was trying to find the mixed tee calculator which I thought was published by CONGU. I seem to remember that they had links to the WHS manual and the mixed tee calculator on their front page. However when I look them up now there are only contact links to the regional bodies.
Do you know where I can find the calculator? I am reluctant to use unofficial websites offering calculators.

Its been moved the the R&A Resources site, however we found and issue with Greensmomes Mixed Tees differing course pars and EG are looking into it
