Teeing Area Query

Or bushes 😳

We had a young trainee GK who put the blocks so far back on the tee there wasn’t room for our backswing

We were first out and moved them forward two paces.
This is a recurring nightmare I have. I cannot execute a backswing even though all others with me manage fine. And no matter where I try and move to I just can’t - and I feel an idiot.

I have a nightmare that I’m playing my shot and when I turn around my clubs have gone!

We might need therapy instead of lessons.😂

I have both of these and other weird things too.

Can’t leave us hanging!
What’s these weird things ?
One is playing a course in and around a built up area. One of the holes, a short par 3 is inside a building with a low ceiling and fully enclosed with walls. The yardage requires a wedge, but because of the ceiling you can’t get the ball high and any other type of low shot bounces off the walls. Bonkers.

Reminds me of one I used to have where all of a sudden the next hole of the course was street golf and I couldn’t actually play a proper shot…no matter how hard I tried.

I think these dreams are of the common type in which you are unable to do something. They seem to be ascribed to anxiety and/or stress which should be unsurprising to anyone who experiences them and is engaged in this wonderful sport of ours.

It is remarkable, thinking of one of mine, how inventive the sleeping brain can be in finding different ways of not being able to make a 999 call.
