Playing the wrong ball should never happen. There is absolutely no excuse for not identifying your ball before you hit it

That's a bit harsh, it maybe should never happen but we all know it does, mostly as a genuine mistake, maybe cut a bit of slack.:thup:

I lost out on winning one of the 'big comps'at our place last year by playing the wrong ball on our 18th....lost the comp by one shot.

Needless to say ive never played the wrong ball since!!
