It was a great shot that had a fortunate outcome to drop but there again the name of the game is to take as few shots as possible. Personally I'm hoping he used all his good fortune yesterday and that his driver will misbehave as it has been known to before. Westwood is a better driver and if he can keep it in play and just hit greens (not put pressure on his short game) then we'll be celebrating an English win

Tiger set up for and played a big hook on 9th day 1. Peter Alliss reckoned it wasn't too difficult and I'd agree, I can hit a hook like that without trying!
How much the ball hooks is determined to some degree by luck just as Muckelson holing out needed luck too. One isn't better than the other, I was mightily impressed with both.

However, my bigger beef is with sycophants who see greatness where there is none in everything he does.
