Mark Crossfield

I like him a lot but his voice is a perfect copy of Jonathan Kings.
For me it's as if Mark is a reincarnation of Jonathan King come back as a golf pro.

Let's crack on....

one of Marks biggest assets is the fact he's focused on improving the swing over quick purchases.... Don't look for the wonder driver, improve impact and launch angles as an example.

Having recently stopped driving , I now commute to work by train which in an hour each way, his course blogs keep me sane!

I think people overlook that the vlogs are made up of the gang ... Gorilla James, twitchard, blocky, Rory and buzza ... They are a great gang with some good comedy and it should remind us all that we are there for enjoyment not scores scores scores

I'll tell you who I like... Rob Potter! Rick Shiels' resident 13 h'capper reviewer. Great to see reviews done by mid handicappers who you can relate to much more than pro's. Also has an interesting story behind his limitations in power in the swing. I like to hear how the different technology in clubs helps him overcome them.

I'll also admit Paul, the thin bullet WAS funny for a while. :D

All hail crash test dobby. He's a nice bloke who takes the time to reply to any comments as well.

I quite like Mark Crossfield, he's entertaining. I met him last year at Belle Dune when he was filming his review of the course, he joined us queuing on one of the tees whilst we were waiting on the slowest Belgian 4 ball ever..... I heard him talking in his buggy and recognized the voice, went and had a little chat with him, came across as a nice and personable guy.

I have watched them all and wasted hours watching vlogs but on meeting Mark a few times he is actually a really nice guy.

I have gone off his course vlogs a bit as he does like to be the centre of attention a little too much.

Certainly knows his stuff and I had a great lesson with him about dynamic loft which has helped no end.

Have met coach Lockey also and he is a top guy and always smiling.
I did have a laugh with him at East Devon golf club where I bought some grips that were £71 pound and he knocked a pound off[tight git].

By what he was saying Mark has a lot going on and is going to get bigger and bigger.

Still watch his Vlogs, but stopped watching the equipment reviews quite a while ago. Felt like he wasn't actually offering any opinion. It's like watching the promotional videos they have on the Direct Golf site. You get a bit of the marketing blurb, a load of waggles, a "feels nice off the face", and a "yeah, I hit that one well" before getting down to the numbers which always "sit where I expect them to". Dull. At least Rick gives a bit of opinion, and gets animated when he actually likes something, and more importantly, gives a useful opinion.

I like Rob too. I think Rick and Pete should take him out on a course vlog so we can see how his game is on the course.

Unless this already exists and I've not found it???...

I freely admit to being a Mark Crossfield 'fanboi' but, as others have mentioned, it's the whole gang that make the vlogs entertaining. Mark is a bit full on but I really like Coach Lockey, I'd imagine a round with him would be good fun. I'm trying to wean myself off his videos after I mentioned him in the clubhouse last week and my regular playing partner congratulated me for going a full four hours before I mentioned his name!

Talking of the best Youtube reviewer, Rob Potter, anyone seen this on Sky?

Crossfield and his gang, all the way for me.

Why? Because they have character! Finch and Shiels are OK, but not as interesting as Crossfield et al. (although the video in which they were drinking tea and continuously adding milk was quite amusing)..but they're definitely better (i.e. more interesting) than the Me & My Golf costume twins.

Watched Crossfield for a couple of years. His blogs are good craic, but I agree Finch is very good at getting instruction/tips across. His one recently on hitting a draw was very simple and effective

Mate, could you add a link to the video for this?
I'm having trouble with the driver and would like to learn a better way to hit a draw with it.
