Lessons..don't hesitate

I was not hitting my wedges well and even had a few dreaded Shaaaan...no can't say the word. I invested in a lesson with my pro. "Hit me a few" he said, I did. "You are coming a bit inside on the takeaway, give yourself a bit more room" he said. "20 balls later I could have scooped everyone up in my arms, that's how close together they were, great height soft landing and laser straight. Worth every penny of £14.00. Anyone debating over a lesson with a PGA pro. Go for it, honestly you will be amazed.

Totally agree,far better value for money than any new club.

Thanks for the advice.

Not being a member of a club, would I have to use a range Pro or do club Pros give lessons to non members?

Reason I ask is that I can't relate the feel of my irons off range mats to playing off grass.

Hi pants, any pro will give any golfer a lesson regardless of where they play. Make contact with your nearest pro he will be delighted to teach you I'm sure of it.

Most good pros will take business from non-members. It might be worth asking round your mates and seeing if anyone has a particular preference
