Do any of you guys use lead tape in the winter on your putter to keep your putting distances similar to your normal strokes?

I've been thinking about this for a while but not tried it out.

Hate having to judge how much harder to hit it- my putting was coming good before winter struck

Lol that's actually what I meant Bob just not great at vocabularising my thoughts. I mean having same length of stroke for same distances to keep constant

You dont hit it harder, you just swing back a bit further

If it goes further than it otherwise would, then you have to have hit it harder! It would defy the laws of physics otherwise!

But it's likely that you don't feel as if you have hit it harder - simply used a longer stroke.
