Is it me or do you find the layout of scrore cards is naff at most courses. Not enought room to jot down your score and work out your points especially in a group of 4. They leave plenty of room to put hole names though that no one gives a damn about.

especially when a few scores go into double figures!!

Have you tried using a pencil instead of a crayon?? :D

Never given this one seconds thought really. Always found ample room for a gross score, a net score and the points in the same box.

On Saturdays we have our own card printed up. Plenty of room for 4 scores, plus stableford points and a win loss column. Joys of having printers in our swindle.

Never had a problem with any card on any course. In a 4 ball usually have 2 cards on the go or in the saturday swindle mark one card with the gross score and the stableford points above it to the right. Not an issue. I doubt the club will look at your card too closely as there is usually a significant print set up charge involved (even for minor changes) and they probably have a hugely dicounted rate negotiated based on volume

I've played some courses and the cards were garbage. Others seemed to be oversized too.

Generally though they are usually quite good and I don't have an issue.
