To be fair, I think Tiger was referring to the greens (stimping at 14) rather than the rest of the course, but I still think he was a little off the mark.

Maybe he meant an American 10 handicapper rather than a European! Oooooh, hark at me!

Does seem like he had a bit of a disaster. It kind of puts egg on the face of those that decide who gets a spot in the tournament.

His are the sort of scores produced by hackers on corporate days!
