That was some round of golf today! A 62 setting a new course record. I only saw highlights off most of his round but saw from 12. His eagle put at 16 was a beauty. I've always like the way he plays (and interviews), a simple econimical swing and a great putter. Us short guys stick together!

Even though he's a 'short' hitter he proved at Doral he can still do well on a longer course. Seeing as he's in good form he could be a dark horse at Augusta. How do you guys think he'll fair at the Masters?

Sadly I'm not sure he'll win but may get a top 20 as I think Augusta favours longer hitters nowadays (yes I know Zach Johnson laid up on all the par 5's because he coudln't guarantee getting home) and it is becoming progressively harder of rthe shorter guys to contend regularly.

That said I watched most of the round this afternoon and his striking and ball control was top quality. I think he'll have a stellar season on the European tour this year and may go close at the Open

I too don't think he'll win it but I reckon he could sneak his way into the top ten quite easily with consistent striking and putting. I think we'll see him quite high up in the race to dubai.

If the Masters continues the way its been for the last few years then a solid player playing the percentages has a good chance even if he's short off the tee. I'll agree I can't see him winning but with the way the Masters is these days you never know.
