Just got some spin today......

Never usually see any spin I get from wedges etc, but today im hitting range balls onto a practice green with my 52 and im seeing them land, 1 hop, then on the second bounce some nice deep spin back of around 6-8 feet.

Put a smile on my face!!

Ever so proud lol.

Now why cant I do it an a round with a 'tour' golf ball

Take those range balls out on the course with and play them instead of your normal balls...OR check those that you are playing with..they might be bricks! :mmm:

Range balls have the compression of a ladies golf ball...... have you tried pink?

You want spin. Play Bridgestone B330 S. They spin more than ProV1's.

I'm quite a spinny player so see spin on every chip/pitch/full shot onto a green and no matter how many times it spins back off the front its still enjoyable to watch.

it's great when you land the ball by the hole then it comes back to the pin but it's a pain in the erse when it comes back 8ft after being right next to the hole.

it's one of the reasons i opt to play the knock down half shot or 3/4 shot.
