!! It was worth it to see the ibra strike tho.
On a serious note, he (Hart) seems to be having a bit of a dip in form at the moment (let's be kind). Still seems to able to do the reflex stops, but his decision making and decisiveness are not what they should be. Obviously not communicating too well with the defence either. These are the bread and butter of goalkeeping and he needs to get his act together pronto.

Hart is an overrated keeper, he's arrogant, he struggles to catch a ball, he punches the ball back into the area instead of wide.
Further proof that Herman Munster should be Engerlands Number 1.

He's made a few mistakes lately, but in fairness what keeper would have done that differently for the 4th goal. Should've stopped the 3rd one though.

Another case of a decent (not the best in the world) young English footballer being built up by the media's obsession with trying to find the new English saviour and someone they hope can help them win something.
I feel sorry for any young English player who bursts onto the scene nowadays as the pressure is heaped on them straight away as the media try to convince us/themselves that England have a new world beater. They done it with Owen, Gerrard, Rooney, Hart and it appears now the next lad to suffer is Raheem Sterling from Liverpool, who had hardly kicked a ball for Liverpool's first team when the media started touting him as the next great English player.
These guys are without doubt good players but certainly not going to win a world cup single handedly for England like some hope.

Agree with most of above. What stops him from being a world class keeper is that his judgement is lacking. Fair enough, all keeper make mistake, but wrong positioning (3rd goal) and bad jump (4th goal) means that he's a bit behind where the paper's think he is. When he's on his game (v Dortmund) he is brilliant.
A good keeper but not a world class one (yet). Is there really anyone though that is performing on a level stage with him though as an Englishman. The others in contention don't face the best in Europe as regularly and so any Hart errors are going to be picked out and dissected.

Based on form I'd say that Fraser Forster should get a run out. He was outstanding against Barcelona both times. I think that Hart has unfortunately started to believe his own hype.

I think Hart was at fault for the 3rd goal but still think he's the best we have. And one of the reasons why Man City won the Premiership last season because he kept them in the game on many occasions, as did the great Peter Schmeichel did when he played for Man United.

And the fourth. Came out too early if he had been in the goal still he would have punched it clear to another Swedish player to slam into the goal from the edge of the box. Oops did I say that?

You don't have to be facing the best to be a great keeper. The best shot stoppers tend to be lower league goalies who lack some discipline and decision making.

Rab Douglas was a good stopper but had a hopeless concentration level and made bad decisions.
