People are just too bloody sensitive nowadays. It was a bit of a joke. He said something in jest that a lot of people agree with. If they want to strike then they have the right to, this is a free country. Just like people should have the right to make an opinion on these issues. Do not play the right to strike card then try and take away the right to freedom of speach

Then you need to think about how much rope it would cost....Maybe just use one round from a tank may be more cost effective...

Clarkson to be sacked.
Not because of what he said, i wouldn't of expected anything else from him . There was a time when the new top gear format and his style was a breath of fresh air , highly amusing and sticking two fingers up to the pc brigade . But the format has been thrashed to death now , all very predictable , it's just 3 blokes having an continual jolly up whilst getting paid a fortune . I think a lot of it is an act. And he needs a new act .
Having read some of his books and newspaper columns , some of his comments are humorous , but it is a constant trawl of , "thats what i think and i must be right because i'm Jeremy Clarkson" .
