How long did they take overall Chris? I ordered a set on Saturday with Nippon NS1150 shafts and been told 10-14 days, was that roughly in line with your wait?

Brilliant looking set of clubs. If I raise the money to replace my 800 pros, I'm definitely splashing out on the 850 forged. Oh the woes of student life!

They actually took 8 days. I believe the order was placed with the rep who didn't send it to the factory for 2 days. I got the Nippon 1150 in regular but have played the XP Stiff for a few days but I prefer the Nippon

Snap, currently got XP105 S in my EZ Forged but think I was fitted badly last time. Refitted for the 1150GH Tour in reg and the numbers and feel were ten times better.

I tried the 850 forged at a demo day last week. Tried them with DG S300, PX 5.5, XP 105, and the KBS C Taper lite. I've got to say they were lovely looking clubs, but nothing beat my current MX300's with the old Dynalite XP shaft...! They had the same carry, similar dispersion and good trajectory. Even the rep said it isn't worth the extra £££ upgrade. So much for the magic boron?
