Its a tad warm!!

this morning my partner rang to say he wouldn't be playing today as he was having probs breathing in this heat so i decided to go and play on my own. teed off 1015'ish, played well for 5/6 holes then everything broke down for which i blame the sun & temperature. got to 9th hole, decided i wasn't enjoying it so packed it in and came home - just too hot! its now 1330, sky clouding over and wind getting upand, with rain forecast,looks like the end of summer later on this afternoon.

moaning beggars. Teed off yesterday at 2 o clock, was raining by the 3rd, not particularly hot. A storm came in by the 17th and lashed it down for the last 2 holes. To top it all off, I played like a complete newbie and had no luck either. Worst competative round ever....

It was very warm down our way yesterday for the monthly stableford. I shot 36 points and came 3rd out of 52 players in Cat 3/4. Very happy, and didn't feel that uncomfortable out there. Played another 12 holes later in the afternoon.
