Is This A Football Forum?

With our wonderful winters that close our corses for weeks at a time we have to fill our Saturday and Sunday afternoons with something and that is football for most of us. Infact I think most of us played football in our younger years so it was always our first choice sport.

To be honest I much orefer to chat football on here than on football forums, I find the people you are chatting to are far more intelectual than your average footie forum poster. So you do end up with a much debate and some good banter.

BTW........... United will not get Europa League and Everton will get the Champions League spot over Arsenal. Liverpool will be champions....

Not really bothered with the footy any more, Newcastle are stuck in the doldrums and will be until Ashley leaves, so, yes I follow the results, but no I've not been to a match for years and stopped buying the replica shirts long before that. Sunderland look as good as down, their will to fight has got up and gone and they are going to need divine intervention to stop them being relegated. For the record I'd rather Sunderland stay in the premiership, I may not support them but they are a north east club and the more NE clubs in the premiership the better, just a shame Boro can't get up as well.

As for the top of the table, the premiership winners will comes from the winner of the Man City, Liverpool game this weekend.

If Everton beat city and United, then they will deserve that fourth spot.

I'm not sure how many peope on here use the footie forums, I have stopped because the IQ level is not the highest and it is impossible to debate something with someone with a mental age of a 10 year old. You do get some complete morons on those sites posting......

I have stopped posting on ours, as Louise will testify...

with the current unrest at the way the club is run it brings out the worst in the fans and I am guilty of winding them up and being wound up in equal measure.

I have really fallen out of love with the game and am throwing all the previous obsessive nature into my golf now.

If I do get into a 'footy' debate on here, please feel free to tell me to wind my neck in......;)

Stop going on football forums when the mixed team forum explode with a massive bust up between Chelsea fans and Liverpool fans

Got very nasty and even went beyond the forum with a poster attacked after a football match
 
Looks like our 21 game unbeaten run is ending 2 down to Brighton who are playing us off the pitch! Think a few still have hangovers from the weekend. Just hope the board don't knee jerk next season and stick with Pearson. We've all seen that chopping and changing managers does nothing. Palace excluded!

A few words/expressions that don't naturally sit well together imo. - at least not in a positive way!

For some reason, Football seems to quite easily change seemingly intelligent folk into completely narrow minded aggressive morons!
