...out there that is the size and shape of a phone, IE genuinely pocket sized.

It doesn't need to be a phone.

It needs to be bluetoothed up

It needs to be able to store lots of music ( either with, or without using a separate card).

It needs to have a good camera with decent MBs and acceptable video capability

It needs to be easy to use.

It needs to be cheap.

Ideally £4.99, but I feel I may have to compromise there.

I can't afford £300 though.

I'd love under £100, but I'm expecting somewhere between £100 - £200. £200-£250 may be affordable with loads of budgeting etc.

Sounds interesting, is there meant to be a link there? Or the name of a product I can google? What sort of quality pictures do you get once you start zooming in ? What's the time lag like for the camera ?

Also do I have to have a phone? - I don't need a phone. I don't particularly want a phone.
