To my hair-splitting mind, a glove is equipment and the breach would be using equipment in an abnormal way - - as I said in Post #2. I don't see how any article of clothing could be called a device.

If it was an obviously 'different' (abnormal) activity, would it not be a good idea to ask the player why they were doing so? Then decide from their (presumably honest!) reply whether it was a breach or not. If it was purely for comfort, then no breach; if it was to simulate the 'glove under the armpit' training aid, then it would be a breach!
