Just an update on this one.
I have spoken to the guys at the club.
Date - Sunday 2nd June 2013.
First tee off time - 11.30.
Cost - £40 per head for a round, this has been discounted from the normal £60 a round at the weekend.
We have three forum members who are members here and can sign three people each on at no cost, if they have any vouchers left by that time !!. The idea would be to have x amount of people signed on and then the cost of the remaining green fees split between all the golfers less those from Bogside. If that works out ok then the final cost per player could be between £20 and £30 depending on how many play.
Food - Nothing has been arranged yet, but the kitchen will be open all the time we are there and they can do the usual snacks, meal, filled rolls etc. Good value and decent quality. If the majority wanted, some more formal arrangement can be made.
Deposit. I would suggest a £10 deposit to be paid by end of March.
