Well, it's hardly a leaderboard full of household names!

Hoping JM Singh wins but good finishes from Coltart and Clarke would be welcome too.

I would have thought a few more Europeans who aren't playing the Accenture next week would have turned up to this. Fair enough it isn't the biggest prize pot but it's a title and Ryder Cup points which I would have thought is an attractive enough incentive?

Gonna have a bit more faith in the GM tipster in future weeks. Had never heard of Aguilar before this week and GM had him down for an e/w finish - 18 holes to go, best not speak too soon!

It is hard for the non-asian players in these events becuase they have no time to acclimatise to the conditions.

Aguilar comes from south america which is much more comparable in climate to indonesia than europe, hence why a lot of the guys are struggling. It is hot & horribly humid in indonesia so it is understandable that the asian players will do better.

I think the roles would be completely reversed if the same field were to take to carnoustie at this time of year. The europeans would walk it.

I can see why a lot of the big names aren't there. To be honest they can cherry-pick their tournaments and this one would be very low on my list of priorities.

Ryder cup points are a great incentive but there are so many events on tour offering points that players strategically decide when to have a break.
