I'm up till at least 4:30 as it's the last Sunday Night Football of the American Football season. Watching the Cricket and Darts replay as well. Marvellous night of sport!

Bowling well, but another couple of wickets would be nice.

I wanted to watch that as well but work called at 6 this morn so its back to the grind for the next year.
Just put in for the fisrt golf holiday today.

Just came on to post this myself, he's up to 189 at the minute, awesome stuff, and the good thing is for us is it's not just him who's performing well, just about everyone's playing their part.

I only ask as I get perpetually fed-up with idiots spouting the 'same old England collapse' tripe whenever England fail to score more than 200.

Yes, there was a period when we were pants and prone to poor batting especially. However, we have not been collapse prone for years (yes, the odd occasion like v WI springs to mind, but everyone has off days) and have smashed records a-plenty in the Aussies' back yard. Need I remind everyone of a 2nd innings when up against it of 517-1? I think Cook has scored more runs in the series than the Oz team have managed in any one Test!

Yes, playing India and SA will be harder (especially away), but if either of those teams had gone to Oz and played like we have, then there would be gushing praise for them and warning threats to England.

Regardless of anything else, England have been simply magnificent on this tour and it has surpassed my wildest dreams and will live with me forever. I doubt England will ever so comprehensively destroy Oz in Oz in my lifetime again.

Happy, happy days...
