IJP Design are closing down

For the people slating the brand, I would be interested to hear your experience of the product and how you came to your opinion.

How many garments do you own again?

Own none..!

designs are not great, fit is not for me and not interested in wearing clothing branded as poulter

He must have known for a while the brand was in trouble and yet they still took orders. Not sure that sits right with me. I actually quite like Poulter and respect what he's managed to achieve given where he came from and he had a good run with the clothing. Also respect what he does with Dreamflight. Not my cup of tea but that's a personal choice but sadly businesses will always come and go and clearly he didn't take advice or make changes. It's certainly been a lucrative sideline for him. I have no idea how hands on on a day to day basis he ever was but perhaps once the business is put to rest he can focus solely on the golf, which may even be a benefit

sorry but what has he done wrong? they are fulfilling the orders they have taken before winding down the business. What did you want them to do, just shut it down, no final sale and throw away all the stock?

Have currently

5 pairs of tartan trousers - all excellent quality with the fit spot - the colours and design will always be personal taste

5 pairs of tech trousers - the best trousers i have got - superb fit and quality

About 20 polo shirts - all different types of fit and everyone is superb

The shorts are like the tech trousers - superb fit

A number of jumpers and windshirts that are superb.

Some of his stuff was prob a little bit too expensive but when he was in Woburn it sold well with the branding - leaving them I don't think helped.

Use FJ now for tops as their new range is very good and a lot of clubs use them as branded clothes

But with a horrible IJP logo haha...

Plenty of his stuff doesn't have the logo

Have you ever met him ?

Where does such hatred for someone you have never met come from ?

These tech trousers have been mentioned loads, hopefully theres some left when the site works.

He does loads with disadvantaged kids, fair play to him.

Didn't slate the brand but I don't like the styles. Not my cup of tea at all but as I've said, personal preference. I've looked at loads when I played at Woburn and elsewhere. Never worn any of it so can't comment on the quality the styling is too garish (and a pig to design myjoys for!!!)

The clothing line is very Dads Dancing

i belive he is a choker yes the ryder cup has suited him

but this dog has had his day

Don't hated him but if it takes me being an arrogant bellend to have what he has... Keep it

the guy clearly has no class

this cardi underlines my point https://www.ijpdesign.com/global/shapeshifter-jumper-blue

I have the black version of that. I can confirm it's Pukka

Reading some posts i just wonder, if you dont like Donald Trump would you want all his businesses to fold and all their employees to be out of work?

I'd love to know what gear the people slating the clothing wear when they play golf?

Coz if your wearing some of the Nike/Puma gear that's available and slating the look of the IJP stuff, I'd suggest you take a look in the mirror.

The trousers are a great fit and there was always options to choose between 'out there' styles and normal ones.

Its sad to see any business being forced to close, & I hope all of the employees can find other employment quickly. That said I have just ordered a few bits, polo shirts for £7.99 -10% have to be a bargain, I bought some trousers and a nice 'loud' cardi too :ears:

Did poulter price himself out of this carry on? some of the stuff was ok but a but on the pricey side.

I would entertain the sale prices but not a chance most of the stuff at full price.
