Ignore 'Show this Post' function not working.

While the general Ignore function works, the 'Show this Post' sub-function simply shows another 'You are Ignoring this User' screen rather than actually showing the selected post.

In order to show the particular post, which could well be a response to a post of your own, the Ignored user has to be Unignored, the post read and the user put back on Ignore. This process is frustrating where there is a function that supposedly bypasses that hassle - especially when the post is found to be simply one like those that triggered the Ignore function to be used in the first place!

Please correct this, as it means that posts of users 'best Ignored' - for any reason - are left 'in the clear'!

Entirely predictable that someone was going to make this sort of comment.

Classic IT glitch though! Code was either added in the wrong place or the 'Is User Ignored' test done too soon/not bypassed! :mmm: Certainly never tested (or deemed not important enough to fix)!

Generally ignore, but if a post is made by the 'ignoree' immediately after one by the 'ignorer' then there's a likelihood - high for stalkers - that it quotes or pertains to the one made by the 'ignorer'. :mmm: Got your heed aroond that?

Or read the first post - having taken me off Ignore of course! :rofl:

And that's why the 'Show this Post' feature is built into the 'You are Ignoring this User' display!! :thup:
