i was hitting fat firstly because on my down swing my weight stayed on my back foot, over last few weeks i have found rythm and tempo, where my weight shifts from back to front and striking was improved tenfold,
im still shift my weight and clearing my hips but i have started to hit fat again, cant figure out why tho
