An open at Alnmouth village today, a 9 hole links course. Very windy, first round in two months. Boy did it show 
. I had the touch of a camel around the greens, certainly didn't get the hang of the very fast greens.
Painfully slow, 4.5hrs for a short course, far too much standing around. Decent off the tee, okay at times with fairway woods, the rest ............
