If i'm scoring 120 on a par 64 eighteen hole course that has a total yardage of 4381 is it time to call it a day or is this normal for a beginner.
It was William Wroe in Flixton.

No it's not, it's time to take some lessons with a pro. Typical price £15.00 per half hour. You'll be playing better in no time.
Just the tonic I needed boys!
My game has stagnated recently, shooting high scores (admittedly not as high as the OP and on a longer course too.)
I prefer to put my poor performance down to lack of practise. I also keep telling myself to get a few lessons which never materialises.
I've played a few comps at my course (and others) this season and have written off this season in ways of improvement.
My aim throughout the closed season is to still play but not as much, preferring to utilise much of my golf time to practising.
Good idea????
