I hate some sellers....

i just bought an RBZ 3 wood which arrivd with a dent on the top of the head, contacted the seller and he tried to tll m that he never noticed but he would tae the club back and refund me minus vat and postage and that the club must have been damaged in the post. when i told him to gtf with the vat he tried to knock £30 off the price for me to keep the club. Ive returned the club and still waiting on my refund. Ive not left hime feedback yet but its not going to be positive.

If he's a business seller [sounds like he is] then he should be refunding you in full including your return postage costs... If he continues to mess you about open a case with e-bay they'll see you get all your money back...

Just to give the thread a bump with a problem my father has had.

Won an auction for some G15's on Wednesday. Transfered the funds to his paypal acc't ready to pay.

No contact from seller.

Turns out, as they went very cheap for G15's (£150) he decided to remove from sale after the auction ended?

The item shows on his eBay summary as won, but when you look against the listing number, it says removed from sale.

What are my dad's options? Open a case?
