I bought today.....

Just seen the bit added. Apparently it does. I can't do this as I have plantar fasciitis so I have to take their insoles out and use my own

Finally found a pair of trainers I don't need one in tho, sketchers have a lovely insole that really suits My condition
I also suffer with PF and my Podiatrist told me my Sketcher shoes are one of the worst for PF . Being a joiner I’m on my feet all day and it’s got quite bad recently and after trying numerous insoles thought I would try one called Norelle . So fare so good , I’ve just ordered an extra 3 pairs so I don’t after keep changing insoles to different footwear .

Really? Why is that? I was just about to move onto my Skechers I've had sitting around for ages since my Eccos broke.

My best mate suffers bad, he has a large selection of golf shoes (30+) and has found the best to be adidas boosts.

He’s not happy given the collection of limited edition Nike’s he has

My sister and wife swear by Fitflops. The mens range is pretty limited but most of their shoes / trainers are theirs now, from sales. If you find a brand that helps resolve PF I certainly understand why you would stick to it.

Not 100% but she said all Podiatrists hate Sketchers . She didn’t mean golf sketchers just general everyday footwear

That's strange. I thought their 'arch fit' thing was meant to be pretty good for PF. I've had some minor problems with PF in the past and I hope these Skechers I'm moving into aren't going to bring it back. Having said the first part, these ones are not actually arch fit versions, they're just normal ones.

I did a quick google after these posts and it seems pretty accurate. Apparently it is the memory foam aspect of Skechers. They affect how your foot plants, the support it gets etc. They are specifically named as being a problem for people with this condition. Interesting stuff, good to know.

Back to experimenting again. A month or so ago I bought a new Ping 7 wood, some mixups on the order and they sent the newer 440 to me, but with a standard grip. The biggest grip the pro shop had was a GolfPride Jumbo, but that's not big enough even with 5 extra tapes I put on. Tried to order the same size of Lamkin I have on all the other clubs, but Adoregrips don't seem to carry them anymore (tour velvet oversize+). Adoregrips kind of recommended the jumbo size but there are always differences in brands etc. So....ordered 5 Jumbomax Zen lite small grips. I tried Jumbomax 6? years ago....didn't stick with them. I have been tempted to go with even bigger grips on my wedges so I'm going to try these new ones on my 4 most lofted wedges and the 7 wood.

Interesting, I have two pairs of sketchers that are only ones I don't wear insoles with and I wear one pair for work and the other for every day

Everything else is ECCO with insoles

Sold my motorbike, so treated myself to a Mileseey IONME2 rangefinder.

If I can't get distances right, I've two others to check - I have a problem
