I bought today.....

Titleist TSR3 driver from GC4C arrived today. Overall it's in great condition, tiny chip on the head at the far side that you can't see and the shaft has a bit of bag rub but nothing drastic. Will be interesting to see if the shaft makes any difference as this one is a Hzrdus RDX Red 60 in stiff (and actually 60g) which is supposed to be a mid launch and mid spin compared to my current shaft which is a Tensei AV White 65 in X-Stiff (which is actually 69g) and low launch and low spin.

Got Trackman booked for tomorrow night so I'll give it a try then, alternating shots to see how it goes. If it doesn't work I can always swap the adapters around on the shaft (or more precisely get someone to do it for me).

I've given up on CPO.... I find the website is shockingly poor...slow, half the time it fails to load......just really poor..
Anyone else?
Agreed. It can be painfully frustrating and you seem to have to enter filters twice to display what you want

No secret I've completely renewed everything over the last 6 months and I'm a bit of a flirt, so decided to have a nice bright bag and am a massive fan of the head covers created by Hell for Leather and my final one landed today and I'm ready for Saturdays comp

Do you get sunglasses with them or have to supply your own? 😂

They are a bit much for me but I do like the comic book taylormade one. We need more pics of these. Golfwrx style 😎

6g is actually quite a lot, it should definitely help. Probably changes the swing weight of the club as well, that's like adding 2 strips of lead tape.
Been down the range now and I couldn't really feel any difference. Hard to say if it helped, but I don't think it made it any worse anyway. Will have a bit of a better idea after I try it on the course I think.

I really like the TM headcover (y)

They're all nice actually, although the pirate one it isn't really my style.

But now I finally I have the answer to who buys covers for alignment sticks!

If I kept my sticks in my bag I would damn well have covers on them - don't want to lose an eye!

Had a fitting at Precision Golf on Friday. Was very interesting the observations and tweaks that were made. Went with a lighter stiff shaft which enabled me to get the club through at impact and sharpen the dispersion down. Ended up going with Ping I530 in 6-Utility Wedge and 2 x Ping S159 wedges in 52 and 58
Who did the fitting?

He fitted my driver a few years ago.

I was very impressed with the way he went around doing things. Saw what he thought I would benefit from and we tinkered from there.

I booked a Wood/Hybrid fitting in a few weeks with him to update that end of the bag.
