Picked up some second hand Ping G430 irons 5-PW, as lofts are strong also picked up a new Titleist wedge at 52* to sit between my other wedges (46 and 58)

I think that it is time for a re-boot.
It is not a wedge unless it is 50° or more.
We might have to see some 10, 11 and 12 irons for a while until manufacturers start making use of the numbers 1, 2 and 3 again.

They came yesterday, and look good. Waterproof as well and fit true to size.

4 as I've gone 46* 52* 58* but suspect you could also go 48* 54* 60* I really need to do a gapping session as the pings go absolute miles and need to know how far I hit them and where do I have gaps.

A friend has the G430's and his 7 iron goes about 200 yards. I'm still using G400's, love them! I think I will keep them until |Im ready to move up to something like i525's or similar.

I have G430 irons, they are strong. I have +2 degrees of loft on mine and that’s helped.
My wedge is 45.5 is 47.5 then I have a 50 ( c/o from last set up) then I jump to 58 currently.. but summer will be 56 and 60
