How many seconds per hole? Shall we say 10 for arguments sake? That's 3 minutes per round, if that is of concern to you then you must play extremely quickly.

I would agree 10 seconds per hole for just the unnecessary movement of flag stick yes.
Plus another 5 seconds for that person to walk to his ball marker, a further conservative 10 seconds to place his ball and practice stroke.

Said person could of just marked, replaced, lined up and practice stroked while another player was putting out.

I don’t play quickly, I’ve only got little legs. I play efficiently as the rules allow.
I never intended to be like this, I was slow and methodical and I was told about it.
