The RSI 2 4 iron is 21 degrees so not all 4 irons are the same even within a manufacturer.
As for suggesting which hybrid to choose that would be very difficultand and depend on personal taste, budget, ability to try before you buy etc
But as you like TM, a good place to start could be the TM M2 25 deg rescue.
There is no sustitute for getting on a launch monitor with a big selection and comparing the numbers

I've got a Callaway XR 4 hybrid with regular shaft and also an Adam DHY 4 driving iron thingamajiggy ..... either of those interest you?

A 5 wood IMHO would be easier to hit than a hybrid plus you get that 180/190 no problem
