Hybrid wanted?

OK, I've come to the decision that I'm not consistent enough to carry my 4 iron in every round currently, especially in my quest this year to drop a few more shots, so, I'm looking for a replacement that will comfortably give me something in the 180yd - 190yd area?

The top of my bag is currently driver, mini-driver, 4w then I drop to my 4 iron, which for approaches typically around that yardage and long par 3's I have to rely on getting them flush, which I can't!

I like the look of the Callaway XHots but I'm happy to be convinced by anything you lot might have collecting dust, I suppose it's got to be around a 23*+ and needs to be a stiff shaft.

Condition good. Tiny dent on toe. Can barely see and not at adress.

I thought 4 irons were/are circa 23*, so I think I need something around that as a starting point and then able to adjust up & down to find my perfect gap.

Buy an Adams, best hybrids out there and can be picked up cheap, think they do a 23 degree one.

I wouldn't, my 4w is excellent off the deck (and tee) but I wouldn't use a 3w off the deck so it would only be used off the tee. Also the 3w would get too close to my mini-driver, those 2 clubs would upset the whole top of my bag, I just need something more comfortable to hit at the distance in my OP 😉
