How many hours a night do you sleep?

Usually enough, used to always wake before my alarm but the baby changed that.

Bed time is half 9 these days. Usually gets me the time I need.

I think the number of hours is less important, it's going to bed early enough, getting a quality sleep and waking at the right time in the cycle.

I always fee far more refreshed after 4 than I do after 5 due to my cycle.

Not enough generally, I usually have to set my alarm if I have anything on in the morning, I had 8 hours last night, I was bored so went to bed early and now I am up at silly o'clock.

Squeezed in 4hrs last night (1am-5am) but I did have a sneaky power nap for an hour in the afternoon after my long drive back yesterday and a quick pint at the club.

Usually asleep by 11:30 and awake, dozing, from 4:30. Tend to get up just before 6...The last two weeks on holiday has been way better. Asleep by 11, and waking up 6:30-7:00.

8 hours normally - 10pm to 6am

Very rarely am able to go back to sleep once awake on a sat or sun but when I do I can go round to 9.30am which is lovely

Christ, no wonder so many treads descend into bickering by mostly cranky old men, you all are not getting enough sleep!
