Same driver for me since it was launched (RBZ1) and that was upgraded from a Benross. I would like the G25 driver but irons are next on the list as regular shafts just don't cut it any more. The only club I've been fitted for was my G25 hybrid.

Mizuno did a test recently on drivers, their documented stats showed the distance differences between their different drivers over the years, the persimmon wood was, as expected, the shortest. All drivers were hit by Chris Woods.

Out of interest did they use the same ball for each driver, because as I understand it, the modern ball has changed to be more suited to the modern driver and far less suited to the old persimmon driver.

Two for me, bought a Cobra S3 Max when I first bought clubs 6 months ago. Couldn't get on with it so got a cheap Ping G5 12deg a month ago, hit it a lot better but I don't really use driver much off the tee to be honest.
